Previous Day :: Next DayBradley HARKNESS !: Bridgeton Loyalist Flute Band no#1 ! womble till i die ! mon eh gers ! UDA -UFF -UYM !
Jamie: I've gotta thing for woodcarvings. These photos are fucking odd. But cool. I'm loving all this hawaii stuff. Who'da thought it? Jamie: Barry! These Hawaii shots are great. I was hoping you were gonna post some hawaii stuff and you haven't disappointed me. You've really got the eye, that's for sure. Also: i hope we can expect similarly cool shit from lisnaskea, and don't 4get my cross street photos :-) Catherine Penfold-Waxman: Banana quarantine? These are really fun (and interesting) pictures. And I'm all for the goats. My greatest dream is to retire and have a herd of fainting goats. GGP: these are a riot. and that last windswept/grass/goat shot is exquisite. barry: There was a goat sign that look pretty cool but i did't get it.
barry:
Some roadsigns on same road.
jeeff: what a strange setting. i recently went to a woodworking trade show at the wretched mississauga international centre (a converted airplane hangar i think). there was a lot of carving on display, including tons and tons of carved indians like the guy on the left there. the... jeeff: haha, the ford logo. sigh... Stacey: Thanks Peter I never knew it reopened. I agree - it will look nice when its done. Peter: strange... but very cool. Peter: WOW... best of. ive never seen these before... though i did see people make similar rock-graffiti in the salt-flats of nevada wit hsticks and rocks, etc... or just simply write it in the dry mud, heh.
this is really interesting- im loving your shots from hawaii, and im really glad youre... Peter: somethign didnt work right with your image, man... check it: www.citynoise.org/upload/7003.jpg Catherine Penfold-Waxman: I've been looking to rent a tiki... NEXT?: Peter: yeah, cause the "poverty line" for that neighborhood def hovers around six figures... Catherine Penfold-Waxman: It's probably rigged up to electrocute people who make under six figures. Peter: hahaha! excellent catch, cat! thats funny. ive never seen "BevEx" before... Catherine Penfold-Waxman: Kudos goes to my friend Jackie, she's the one with the eagle eye. I walked right past it. Then we both scambled for cameras. Peter: to upload (jpgs only) click the "upload photos" link between where you type your name and where you type your comment.
the photos you just tried to post were either corrupt or not jpgs. you did it right, they just couldnt be displayed for some reason. try again? Myke: Well spotted! That's pretty funny. anon (66.83.195.222.nw.nuvox.net): DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO UPLOAD PICTURES? Peter: the n/r/w station was open, but jsut re-closed last month in order to complete the construction... its really going to be nice when all the construction there is finally finished... Stacey: Jack the N/R/W line that goes to Cortlandt street is still not open. When you are on those trains it passes by and you can see the construction going on. Peter: see above comment from 14th Dec 2005 - 21:29 jack: is that rector street station? or cortlandt st. jack: cemented with bolts attached. lovely neighborhood. jack: time is passing, even in the air. jack: nice but no shorts on the man figure, what does that tell you? aha, i love warm weather and palm trees, i look out onto the snow and ice here and dream of lounging on the beach. jack: its waiting for a star to die. jack: ha ha ha ha very funny and very sad. you are reaching an age where you see the years doing things to your strength. i must applaude you for doing what you did. you were going rather well. but it was'nt your fault. the board hit... Peter: hahahaha Peter: yup, the upper east side (esp in teh area in question) is extremely swanky... as in, old-money "rich old people" swanky. but even so, i betcha that lion is still cemented in... Peter: reminds me of this post... nice find. Peter: hehehehe. i still ride my longboard. its slower, slacker, and harder to crash on. though, i must admit, there was an unfortunate spill on it earlier this year that required me to shell out $150 for a new mobile, as i shattered the one i had thats to said incident... GGP: This story has it all: drama, adventure, the thrill of the challenge, the agony of defeat, and a wonderful sense of humor...a cautionary tale for our time! Much enjoyed. Catherine Penfold-Waxman: I decided long ago that boarding, blading, skiing or even running is not for me. I'll break my leg falling off a barstool, thank you very much.
(You only bruised your ego. Give it another try and you will be yelling, "I'm flying!") jamie: it must be a very swanky neigbourhood. the lion isn't chained to anything. ian: Peter, there's a Yamaha dealer a couple blocks North :) Matt: Hey guys,
I've been at parkour since summer and there is a small group growing in the Norman, Moore, OKC area.
I've even started a club at OU. THere is a great forum on Urban Freeflow where Oklahomans can talk
about the local action going on.

Look forward to hearing from... vz: naj, a la plage? this time of year? pics jeeff: wow, that sure beats toronto's airport for scenery. and fashion sense on the bathroom signs. ;) GGP: a torch or an alarmed Mr. Softee cone?? GGP: this image is so inescapably upper east side. i know why the caged wreath writhes. Previous Day :: Next Day |
