They just don't name buildings like they used to. heh stepha: question-when you crossed over the bridge on carroll st towards franklin, on the left was a candy store and the pharmacy, on the right was a business type building. what was the business??? a mystery to me. busker: My grandmother is from Norway and lives in minneapolis and every time we visit she makes lefse. I have never tried it on a hot dog, we always put butter and brown sugar on them. Tom Martin: It sounds to me like Kansas, in general anyway, is probably the place to live. I grew up on Long Island, and moved to South Carolina in 1973. I went back to Long Island 2 years ago for a visit, and I will never, ever go back. The people are... XSPARKS: The aerial view of the harbor is nice, but you have the islands wrong. Swinburne is south of Hoffman, which is just off South Beach and close to the bridge. I spent months on Hoffman during WW2. Kyle: does anyone know about parkour in the east midlands cus iv been doing it for a while but i live in Grantham and there is nothing to do. I heard Kotlowitz speak about 6 or 7 years ago here in Brooklyn and I liked him then and I still like him. I'm a college teacher and I assign... Born on Harman Street in 1965...The entire family lived within blocks of eachother..Grandparents on Starr Street next to the pretzel factory..Aunt lived on Buswick Avenue and DeKalb...Uncle lived on Troutman..Another aunt lived on Melrose next to the live poultry market...Got my... pib: The building in question is The Bank Of America Building... I like that everyone still calles it the Columbia Tower though, fcuk BofA. My high school prom was held there when the building was new. It's a cool building..
