in response to Vinyl Siding

Susannah : You are to be praised for your open mind - I'll add "12 - Cops who take advantage of early retirement" with full realization and expectation that it will be completely misconstrued.

in response to Things I Love About... Good Cops

ksedge: this was taken on 8th ave. and 5th st. SW and when i walked by the next day it was all cleaned up. and C, you're right, the alley behind Cowboy's does stink. i've never walked through it, maybe i'll have to go investigate and take photos of "Satan's anus"...

in response to Where Posters Come to Die

ksedge: C - you're right, this stuff does happen in big cities, but i've never noticed it as much in other cities as i do in calgary. i don't know why that is, but it just seems like the homeless are far more visible here. jeeff - poor choice of font for...

in response to Drugs, Drugs, Drugs

anon (nme-pow-pr4.tpgi.com.au): noice. nah tis the trades hall i think, i can never remember.. that corner.

in response to Lonely Bears

C: 4th street smells. But not quite as bad as the alley behind Cowboy's. We call that "Satan's anus". Also, I really don't like it when they poster their ads up along an entire block. One or two would suffice, you know they won't pick those up.

in response to Where Posters Come to Die

C: Downtown Calgary is littered with drugs and generally unsavoury characters, not just the East Village. In fact, over the past two years I've noticed that it's cleaned up a lot (40 hours a week, nights in the village). But I fear the efforts of the local police has merely pushed...

Bash The Fash

Simple, yet to the point. Found at the entrance to the Saint-Laurent Metro station. Note also the abundant scratchiti that is becoming all too common in that area.
