Brad: The federal court building downtown installed some speakers that play bird sounds to scare away pigeons. I still see pigeons sitting along the edge of the roof, so I think it's only scaring visitors.

Chris Erb: There's a building here that has a really creepy owl put up on a ledge. It seems to do nothing to scare the birds as there is bird shit all over the place around it.
