Previous Day :: Next Dayjesse: i miss you so much here in new jersey. i loved you. EvilGentleman: Ack! Cat, how could you? Why did I open this page? Oh, shit! Now I have to do about 5000 things that I said I would do only when I saw flying pigs. There goes my year. And you even warned me with the title... How could I be so... jeeff: it's not masturbation when you do it with someone else. Michelle: Adorable sharpei dog that's for sure! Catherine Penfold-Waxman: Whe I saw the name of this post I was hoping in was either a Morlock or Cthtulu, but this little fellow is almost as nice. I like the way he's perfectly in line with the stick. Catherine Penfold-Waxman: I'm thinking the game disc in Tron. But concrete and grass. vz: The cover for sale (Pen Cap for Sale)
Jamie: This of with: -)
vz: hectare of
Salanth: FUN! That he is large!
C*Elaine: Concerning: Cover by fraud of procedures lovably!
The paddle: Concerning: Cover by fraud of procedures - he receives to!
Fredrik _. Sweden: Hahaha, so that he hopes theres of humanity!... hool: anon: anything can relate to anything with enough abstraction.
evilg: no, but i'll be in montreal at the beginning of june for a week or more. i'm looking forward to doing more photo work there. Samantha: Is that the way you masterbate - with each other? anon: We got together with a few of our neighbours and purchased big apartment size blue and grey bins two years ago... no one has stolen them since. We use to replace them every year, at least once for the previous 5 years. Now that summer is upon us, you can... Elicar: Well, what I have done on mine is write my street number in permanent marker all over (make sure the marker stays on plastic). It is quite tacky looking right now, but I don't care. It's a recycling bin for crying out loud!
Now, if you see a recycling bin painted... anon: Could language not be considered as a commment on culture. As in cultural misinterpretations... honestly I found this to amusing! but I'm a rare bird. Elicar: Opps, wrong second picture. Those are all the BMW's...
I meant this one!
Elicar: You mean this one, buddy?
Yes, I thought it was tacky, but blame BMW or whatever dealership who sponsored them. I cropped the chunky one! One of them on the car appeared to not want to be in there because she never smiled. It was funny seeing those on foot going... Michelle: Thanks - I'm glad to share the sunshine and pretty colours with everyone! targasonnic: fiti cat mai dinamici . bafta. poate mai vorbim.brasov.
GGP: this is great! GGP: that book sound right up my alley! plus, I love books with unapologetically long-winded titles!
I used to volunteer at the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals as a kid, and in their Education Dept. they had a kinkajou (also known as a honey bear). A beautiful creature... Chris Erb: Just called. Had a fun conversation with someone who works at MoMO. He lives in Brooklyn. He told me that the weather is quite nice, told me a bit about new York, I told him a bit about when I was in New York (I only drove... jeeff: i always wanted a blue-spotted salamander or a slime mould as a pet when i was a kid, inspired by a book called of kinkajous, capybaras, horned beetles, seladangs, and the oddest and most wonderful mammals, insects, birds, and plants of our world (phew). i knew that both ranged... Chris Erb: I'm going to call the Rockefeller number later today. It's long distance but I haven't payed my bill in a month anyway. jeeff: i say buy a smoke alarm and rip off the protective casing so that the electronics & red light bulb are fully exposed. then super-glue that to the side of your bin and spraypaint "securety system enstalled!" ...and hope it doesn't rain. Get out of your car, buddy: Gotta love "The Beach". I take my kids to this parade every year, and it is amazing how much candy they get!! Looks like most of these pictures are taken in the staging area (in front of RC Harris?). As you move along the route, it gets... GGP: that would be guess; something to do with lights. they're a little big for bullet holes, which grace plenty of the signs around here! Tyfoid Kid: Wouldn't those have been where the neon tubes would come in and out? Heather: It's just crazy. We've also lost a couple recycling bins. Not sure how a house number painted on will help deter the thiefs but I'm going to try that. Off to the store tonight to buy a replacement - ugh! Was very tempted to take one... Chris Erb: Haha, the slabs of cement at either side look like places where the two opposing side would stand and stare eachother down. Then, at the signal, they run at eachother just go at it. There would be people lined all around the circle. The slabs of cement... Chris Erb: What are the holes? Chris Erb: They took the trans Canada away from Sussex quite a few years ago now. I was probably 12 or so, so I don't really remember what it was like. Apparently there was a lot more going on though. We'd get some tourists but not a whole lot.... SPADE: Dam that so fucking sad. i bomb all over miramar and hollywood and when they cover my shit up i get real pissed. Props to MSG. i begg tag up oakland park. im all sad with out graffiti in my area and i cant tag anywhere because i been caught... Elicar: Welcome to the club, Heather. I suspect, it would be someone from your neighbourhood as I did mine. No one would like to be seen walking around with "used" recycling bins. It is also a pssibility that someone in a car had his/her stolen and did what Cameo had earlier... Elicar: Also taken a couple of weeks ago!
Not anywhere near Texas though. Taken at the Go Train Station, Main and Danforth.
Elicar: Thanks GGP. I took over a hundred pictures. I am glad I went. It's the first time that I ventured to the parade. It's only 10-15 minutes away from my place on foot, but I kept thinking it's for kids. It is, but it's fun!
michael speirs: if homer simpson was my neighbour i would be round there being polight having tea michael speirs: i think the picture is crap it's good but his face in blured of water o yeh it's rain the pic is good. Heather: Strange!! Our green bin was "stolen" last week! Doesn't EVERYONE get a green bin??? Why do they have to steal another one??? My husband and I joked that we should get a chain installed on the sidewalk and tie them down. EvilGentleman: Thanks, GGP. I suspect almost all of us that post here have a number of these sort of shots lurking on our hard drives, just waiting to be rediscovered. Just look what Elicar found in a few minutes. I bet you have some, too. It just seems so instinctive, when... GGP: is that a frog spewing blue fan-coral in the lower right?
anyhoo, great shot! GGP: great idea, evilg. elaine: nice.

elaine:
groovehouse: Took a similar photo a couple of weeks ago...
Shadow Fence
(taken on a Treo650) elaine: nostrilbot!
SCAM28: Maybe it's just for really fat people...I could see a cheek resting on the lower seat...
kid: SANE killz shit he iz the one and only R.I.P sane big up 2 skitz Aaron:
oh, here's the photo. whoops. glenn: I'm in Western Canada. Bought a Buddy Bike in Calgary in 1990 and enjoyed it for 15 years. Unfortunately, I sold it at a garage sale a year and a half ago...way to cheap. It was a great way to enjoy conversation while riding and, as others have... Elicar:
Adam : It's aweswome. Bye. GGP: great post! so full of life! Elicar:
Plus the picture in UFO Sighting
joey: it surely does not look as menacing in daylight. joey: this is california. it's a sun umbrella. it does no good when it rains. Previous Day :: Next Day |
