Water Main Break

Houston, Tx - 01.14.09 - Water main break at Argonne & W. Alabama near Kirby. Traffic was already diverted to only two lanes on this four lane road due to construction when work crews rudely discovered the location of a water main. Traffic was cut down to one lane and eventually HPD closed off the area and diverted traffic.
