In March 2005, I had to go to Montreal for surgery. The day after the surgery (March 30), I walked past the ER waiting room at 8AM and saw this. This happened at the Lakeshore General Hospital in Pointe-Claire, Quebec. For the last few years, all I have heard about the hospital system is how horrible the waiting times are, always at least 4 hours, and sometimes as much as 18 hours.
