I am searching for information, photos and leads in my research on motorcycling history in Brooklyn. Brooklyn was the mecca for motorcycling in the early 1900's, and the time frame I'm interested in is 1900 through 1920. There were many motorcycle shops on Bedford Ave and Brooklyn is where the FAM (Federation of American Motorcyclists) was founded in 1903.
Can anyone out there can help?

What a great day to be outside! I postponed my walk to the subway a bit and wandered down University Place to take in some sunshine and lack-of-wind. Been trying to get a good shot of this guy for citynoise...
