I used to be a regular around here but haven't posted since 2008, I just moved to Denver a few weeks ago and trying to catalogue some street art.

On the corner of E. Houston and Navarro Streets in San Antonio. The old building was built in the 1800's and the floors were warped. The employees had to use a conveyor belt to bring stock up from the basement.
The new store is 12,500 square feet compared to 6,500 that the old store had.
The closing of the Walgreen's was actually a big deal since it was the only pharmacy downtown and the only convenience store. We don't even have a downtown grocery store.

In Augusta, GA the Firehouse was the drinking establishment of choice for those of us in fringe groups. The skinheads, punks, metalheads, hippies. Everyone knew everyone and new people were welcomed even if they didn't fit the Firehouse mold, but they better not disrespect anyone or trouble started.

I moved to San Antonio a year ago and really haven't done to much as far as photography. I have recently caught the bug again and ordered a Lumix wide angle point and shoot the DMC-FX37K and hope to carry with me everywhere and start making contributions again.
I find it hard to just go out and plan on shooting and carrying my DSLR around really sucks, so the point and shoot
