So here's a car and here's a couple of dumpster bins, I just can't figure out who parked first! Hope those dumpsters have their parking brakes on... Figure this one out. The car is running with the door wide open and not a person in sight. I actually stood around for a few minutes cause I couldn't believe someone would do this right downtown. Yup no one showed up so I took off...I left the car there though ;-) Uhhh, nice sign, don't want to know what that's all about... It was just an eyecatching sign, what can I...
