Great old signpost with newer sign, will have pics one day of interior of property. Is closed but will open in Dec for a festival

Mikee I'm enjoying this series. do you know any back stories with the homes? are they in relatively close proximity to each other? how long have they been abandoned, when were they built, who lived there, is there any particular reason for their abandonment?
