is this the building at 8th and market, with rone regency on the ground-level? not sure if im remembering correctly, hahaha. why does everyone have to be out? renovation?

That is the building, RR in the corner street level. A developer has purchased the building and it is to become a hotel.... displacing alot of local artists.

bah that sucks. partists lofts and live/work spaces are getting pretty big in the revitalization/redevelopment world as ways to provide affordable housing. would be nice if they give the artists someplace to go.
