It's a midblock parcel where the street frontages don't line up so you'll likely end up with something like the Squibb Building... My picture... Someone elses picture... But your architect has the bright idea to turn a defect into a feature... "Just chamfer the corners and do the whole thing in blue mirror glass..." "It'll look like a giant crystal thingie..." And so it does... It fits nicely with its bricky stoney neighbours... Peek-a-building! Lobby's a bit of a disappointment... Needs a beer garden... So long Tower 49...
