and we thought florida was a place for older people to rest and take it slow, but there have been so many body collisions of reckless speeders walking back and forth that finally there was a 12 body collision and they had to post a speed limit sign to slow them oldies down.

in order for the city to save money on the police force they have recruited and trained seagulls to be used as traffic cops. here a police seagull is watching for speeders.
