 This is what's left of the Flotilla Boat Club
 At the far-northern tip of Manhattan, just south of The Bronx , which lies directly across the river



 And down to the waterfront and dock area










 Urban Canada Geese






 Yet the yacht traffic continues, despite the passing of Flotilla
 A few checks found inside the structure give a vague time-frame. They read like a list of defunct NYC institutions, also... U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary Flotilla , the New York Telephone Company , and Chase Manhattan Bank ... though I think the Manhattan Savings Bank is still around
