Carmel Garcia from The Island of Malta: 11th May 2007 - 12:52 GMTI visited Dusseldorf last January (2007) of a working visit with two of my colleagues on the fiscalis (VAT). It's a wonderfull place especially the new parliament and other buildings.We had some session about the system with Mr. Markus Drost and Mr. Frank Tobies and others of their colleagues.
