I believe this sums up almost every issue with street safety. Drivers tend to think that their vehicles are phallic extensions. So they drive like dicks!

hahaha, ive seen these around, usually hanging from the back of a truck driven by a real meat-head. i wonder if one day the driver was moved by a thought like "you know, today i think im going to pick up a blue plastic scrotum to hang pointlessly from the back of my car!"?
what makes it doubly funny is that its hanging from the back of a Daihatsu Sirion
... nothing says 'underpowered subcompact macho' like some blueballs!
