Nestled under the Ville Marie Expressway, on the border of the City of Westmount and the Saint-Henri district of the Sud-Ouest borough of Montreal, lies the abandoned Babcock & Wilcox boiler factory.

The land in front of the factory has a new condo development in front of it. A possible sign of the future of the factory site?

Just before entering the factory, I take a shot of the clotheslines strung across the backyards of the condo development.
