Funny to see this on CN! I read the electrical meters there (as well as the cemetery) Unfortunately they're located in a tiny little space underground which you can only access via maneuvering your way through these heavy, broken steel trap doors. Oh, and it's straight up filthy! Muddy congealed funk, dripping water, puddles, dead rats, and old tires.
