A juvenile Giant Clam.

There was no signage on this fella, so I have no idea what it is.

^Fish caught pretty much off the back deck, in Ross Creek.

^Tawny Nurse Shark in action at feeding time. Easily the largest fish in the predator tank. Usually, during the day, the nurse shark is 'parked' at the front of the predator tank, snoozing the day away while black tip reef sharks, leopard sharks, shovel nose rays, sawtooth sharks, red emperors, giant trevallys and various other fish all go about their business.
The fish swimming in front of it is a batfish.

It's not all about the pelagic creatures here, though. We also have some of the local freshwater creek inhabitants:

This Saratoga is a bit of a bully. His tank mates, the archer fish, eel-tailed catfish, purple-spotted gudgeons and sooty grunters take it in their stride though.

All shots taken without the aid of flash. Except the one of Oscar's bones but I don't think he'd mind.
