God Is Love
[previous] :: [next]God is Love and God is Great used to pop up all over Brighton and Hove and it fascinated me. It only ever appeared where stickers had been ripped or rained off on street furniture and I'm assuming that is because the author could then justify to their conscience they weren't really doing graffiti, just writing on top of where someone else had already been naughty first. In the last couple of years I've not seen any new ones pop up and the city council now actively cleans all street furniture regularly whereas previously it would have been years between cleans. So I wonder if their conscience got the better of them or they just moved away, died or converted to satanism??

They still love God but will get the sack if they show it via graffiti. Comment on this article..[previous] :: [next] |
