John Beam: 28th Mar 2009 - 13:37 GMTI own the exact car. Mine is copper in color. They are very rare and only about 5 - 10 left in existence. AMC only made around 3400 originally for 1959. And it is a 1959 Rambler ambassador custom wagon but it is not a hardtop. It has a b-pillar therefore it is not a hardtop. If it were a hardtop it would be 1 of 1. I have restored mine to mint condition over the last 8 years and I have never seen a hardtop 1959. You can check out mine on flicker. Benjamin DeAsis: 8th Oct 2012 - 03:31 GMTWell, Now you HAVE seen a 1959 Hardtop Ambassador wagon. I wonder if there are any more out there? Comment on this article..[previous] :: [next] |
