That first one kinda reminds me of this post.
Tall buildings freak me out. Walking down George Street in Sydney a few years ago nearly gave me a panic attack. It was only overcome by the awe of such hulking feats of engineering and architecture.

I like the difference between the old and new façades in these shots.

When will they build the new waterfront and this infamous building the "Ritz Carleton", if that's how you spell it.

Mostly done from what I can see. Most of the structure is in place so I imagine it would be done later this year.
