Hydro crews all over the place these days... busy inspecting and retrofitting all the handwells in the city to prevent stray voltages.

Once the workers fix the hand-well, they spray paint the top RED. Does anybody else find this a little counter-intuitive?

Oh yes... I also forgot to mention: Here we have workers working in typical government fashion. ONE guy actually working and 3 standing around doing NOTHING!

If these guys do work for Toronto, the three on the left must be supervisors and the guy doing the work is the "senior" level technician. The fourth supervisor must be getting a doughnut or something.

No wonder hydro in Toronto is so expensive. My street in Poorkdale sometimes conks out when they flip the lights on for the CNE Midway.
