These tire codes actually have a meaning to them that can be very useful to you. In a tire code you will find a lot of information on that tire such as; the section width, the aspect ratio, the tire's construction, the rim diameter, the load capacity, and the speed rating. These really help when deciding what kind of tires you need for your vehicle.
