In Augusta, GA the Firehouse was the drinking establishment of choice for those of us in fringe groups. The skinheads, punks, metalheads, hippies. Everyone knew everyone and new people were welcomed even if they didn't fit the Firehouse mold, but they better not disrespect anyone or trouble started.

It is still there, I just don't live in that city anymore. I wish I had a place like that here in San Antonio but I have yet to find one.
