it'd be cool if someone did a followup interview with him. see if he feels different than he did in the rolling stone interview/what curves life has thrown him/why hes coming back..

B. Stratton: 24th Nov 2008 - 14:38 GMT

JA never really went away he just backed off for a while. I'm curious to know why tho too. Yeah someone should interview the nikka though I don't expect life throws him many curves. I've seen people say all sorts of things about him but you gotta recognize he's the all-time King of Graffiti -- Time will come to tell this just as it already has for the past 20 years already!

adam: 24th Nov 2008 - 15:26 GMT

Ya no doubt hes big time.. But with celebrity status comes the price of the publics interest ;)

Peter: 24th Nov 2008 - 15:39 GMT

without a doubt, there is public interest... given this site's page-rank for that search, id imagine it wont be long before the public's interest starts showing up in this very thread, hahaha...

Thuggedoutsincecubscouts: 24th Nov 2008 - 18:19 GMT

Ja is definately a Legend no question. But I'd like to se some burnas or pieces from him.

the nike nabokov: 24th Nov 2008 - 21:09 GMT

he just designed a t-shirt for Supreme....definitely alive and well.

Peter: 24th Nov 2008 - 21:31 GMT

indeed... and you can get it right here: www.supremenewyork.com/shop/199?style=639

adam: $32? Hahaha

Yall know me!: 25th Nov 2008 - 18:48 GMT

Has anyone ever seen this guy piece? I've seen his tags, I've seen his throwies. But I have NEVER seen a piece from him. Call me old school but doesn't king status require all 3? Tags, throw ups and piece's???

Peter: 25th Nov 2008 - 18:53 GMT

sure, you know, cause graffiti works according to a very specific, strict set of rules, lol... thats like saying elvis was chosen "king of rock and roll" based on his proficiency in the three categories of dancing, singing and guitar playing. i mean, sure, but theres much more to it, you know?

MTK76 YNN Crew: 29th Nov 2008 - 17:35 GMT

He pieces. If you cant piece then ur a toy.

C3: 6th Dec 2008 - 19:32 GMT

I don't give a fuck if someone did a piece on the front door of the pentagon, they still won't touch ja,I been in this since 94 and ja was never nothing but on top.I don't sweat no one but sheeeeit man,he is UP!

mr.graffhead: JA ALLDAY...

Dan: 22nd Feb 2009 - 02:40 GMT

Every time I go into Manhattan or Brooklyn I always see at least 3 JA tags or throw ups, I cant avoid him, he's always up. He's one of my favorite writers because he gets up the most.
