so why don't they fly an american flag in their cars or is there a higher purpose for them to fly their old countries flags or am i to old and dumb to know the difference. whats going on in america?

I believe it has something to do with technology, geography, and the dissolution of a monolithic American culture, but one could get a lot more specific.
