so why don't they fly an american flag in their cars or is there a higher purpose for them to fly their old countries flags or am i to old and dumb to know the difference. whats going on in america?

Not to mention that piraguas are a traditional puerto-rican past time treat, so it would only make sense to have a puerto-rican flag on their carts!!! Damn I want a piragua now!

Hola! Garicia I'm looking to buy a cart, but I want the old fashioned New York or Puerto
