Exotic Slurpee Plant?
Browsing articles by Zagg - [previous] :: [next]For nearly two years I've lived in my house, and today I noticed something different about my front hedge. It appears that it is not just any regular hedge, but actually a rare Slurpee plant! I've taken a photo of the strange fruit that I found for all you botany fans:
What genus do you think it is? Seriously kids, littering is not cool. It is amazing the junk food that I get to pick up from my front hedge / back alley area. Usually it's junk food I'd never eat, at least this time it left me jelous! I loveeeeeeee me some banana flavoured Slurpee; I just wish the asshole who left this for me to pick up had been courteous enough to pick me one up too. One of these day\s I'm gonna make a sign reminding people not to litter, just you watch.

"One of these days, I'm gonna make a sign" ranks right up there with "I have half a mind to write them a stern letter". zagg: 30th Aug 2008 - 13:32 GMT*shakes fist* damn youngings and their rap music and their littering; why I oughta! Maz: 30th Aug 2008 - 21:05 GMTAnother one for Botany fans.
Taken at a farm near Leatherhead, Surrey UK this week where they are experimenting with a new crop. In early spring a spark plug is placed in the soil and come Autumn you have a selection of cars ready for use.
