i gotta say that this may be the classic image of the Fall's, especially as it looks like a "classic" photo. whats the treatment on this one? and from whence did you capture it?

Taken somewhere near the Brooklyn Heights Promenade with cell-phone. Post-processed with Corel PSP/Topaz Adjust to flatten digital noise, smeared sky for effect, enhanced water detail, gave whole thing vague yellowish sepia cast.
