Houston, TX - Found and photographed in the parking lot of one of my favorite restaurants. I am not divulging which restaurant as this is not a common occurance and in the 7 or more years I have been eating there, I have never come across a syringe at that location. I'm banking on this being a diabetic's syringe as most junkies probably wouldn't use an alcohol wipe.

At least they were kind enough to put the cap back on. Once when I was cleaning the front step area of the house I was renting at the time, I found a syringe in a pile of wet leaves. There is no doubt in my mind that it's disposer was NOT a diabetic: classy!
