Loring Park Fountain - The Dandelion

This fountain is in the NE corner of Loring Park, just off downtown proper. I was biking to work, I had my camera, I got a shot. I've heard that the surrounding neighborhood actually pays for the upkeep of the fountain because the City can't anymore.
