The guy who lives in this building buffs some of the graf, but leaves some because, according to him, "plain brown walls are boring".

Interesting...It'd be much better to leave the whole graf and not just the outlines..I think it now looks messy and worse than just brown walls.

That's a pretty - odd - thing to do, but if he likes it like that then who's to argue. I'd be interested to ask him why he leaves just the outlines though.
