Actually, the wall you see here is the very same wall that baseballs hit by Brooklyn Dodgers and their opponents went over. This is not Ebbets Field, but Washington Park, where the Brooklyn Superbas, later known as the Trolley Dodgers and then as the Dodgers, played between 1898 and 1912. The property is owned by Con Edison on Third Avenue, Brooklyn.

i have always loved these old buildings near the tunnel. always wanted to get an apartment there because my friend tom and i would cruise uptown and go to the inner circle, a little bar in the 60's streets...
