CartLegger: 7th Nov 2007 - 21:14 GMTI think we are all overstimulated, Jack; That the wonder of such things can approach hummdrum-ery. I am as guilty as the rest of the 150K people that are said to visit this site daily. and just as busy. But to look at, they are some nice photos. I suspect Barry must live in downtown...eh? joey: 8th Nov 2007 - 05:10 GMTi really like the studies of 111 broadway. the gargoyles look like they actually fly. old buildings have much more character than those boring glass boxes in the earlier shots. indykid: 9th Nov 2007 - 10:06 GMTInteresting to see the latest from the WTC site. I don't know what it's like in America, but here in Europe now the fires are out and the buildings have stopped falling we don't really get any info on the aftermath, building sites don't sell papers. It's the same with all these things... what's going on in Indonesia post-tsunami, in Turkey a few years on from the devastating earthquakes and so on. It's shameful really that people only want to eyeball the suffering not the regeneration. Comment on this article..Browsing articles by Barry - [previous] :: [next] |
