Bushwick Halloween

- CartLegger - Thursday, November 1st, 2007 : goo

This is my current favorite corner in all of Bushwick, Myrtle and Wykoff-- regardless of pedestrian peril and noisy chaos. Part of it is the light, which is finally freed from the confines of the El. Bursting forth, the light brought these halloween sugar crazed festivities into a new light.

wonderful pictures of the people and the place special to you, in brooklyn all us kids would be in costume and standing in our doorways waiting for the darkness and each one would run out onto the sidewalk and woop and holler and try to scare the other kids, and it was a little scary, you never knew who the kids were under the costumes they made up and finally the bonfire in the lot on kings highway between 4th and 5th streets.

bushwick gs: i do this for my hood bushwick i love you

Danny Fresh: dis is officially my new fav site
