sitting on the sands of the jersey shore watching all the people splashing and jumping into waves, airplanes fly by, the drone of the engine relaxes me and moves me to a time when i would hear the drone of other planes, planes of war, dangerous yet appealing, magnificent aircraft, the planes motors revving up for take off, circling the floyd
bennet field, aircraft coming in from around the country, passing overhead, above me, as i lay in my carraige, looking at the clear blue sky from my little safe place, a baby, i remember the drone of the engines and my mother's arms.

a man and his children found this type of crab in the water and he held it for me and i snapped it. did you ever see tiny holes in the sand near the water, well this is the creature that creates the hole.
