You can take pictures on the tarmac of an airport in a Communist nation, but I doubt you can do the same in New York or London. What has become of civilization and the freedoms associated with democracy? chiamattt: 4th Jun 2007 - 02:05 GMTWell to be fair, this was Qingdao, and the terminal was being renovated. The terminal tunnels were not in operation. Qingdao is not New York or London. I am sure taking pictures on the tarmac in Beijing is almost impossible. When I flew home to Toronto from Ottawa, the plane was so small we boarded on the tarmac. I am pretty sure I would have been alright taking photos then. Nevertheless, I think your comment has merit. Asia, on the whole, is far more slack when it comes to security. Comment on this article..[previous] :: [next] |
