At the Fair

In the Montreal borough of Lachine, at 32nd Avenue, I found one of those little travelling fairs that used to be the highlight of my year when I was a child living on airbases in rural Atlantic Canadian towns.

MONDO: Now I wanna go to the fair!

Tom: 8th Jun 2007 - 17:00 GMT

I would swear that is the exact same fair I went to off 640 near St Eustache, near the Cine Parc :)

Exactly the same setup / rides / stands.

Pretty cool !

When I took these pictures on May 5th, I wandered around the back area to look around. I wound up talking to some of the carny workers, who told me that they had just come from St-Eustache. Or did they say they were going there next? I forget. Anyways Tom, it is the same fair, just in a different parking lot, this one being in Lachine, at the other end of Autoroute 13.
