"Historic rehabilitation coming soon" on North Market.

Is that a real progam happening or a just marketting-type hopefulness for real estate returns?

maybetoday: 24th May 2007 - 06:17 GMT

The North Market Place development is actually happening. Several buildings and homes have already been rehabbed for apartments and homes. Infill is currently being built on vacant land ("historically-sensitive" single-family homes). The building on the right that you can see a little bit of was rehabbed from only two surviving walls as part of the development. Buildings that once sported this banner are now complete and home to several families.
