That's not really "brutalist." It's a little too uniform and symmetrical for Brutalism.
It may be an offshoot, mixed with some Corbusian International, judging by the pilotis alone.

I disagree. The structure pictured above is a most true example of 'béton brut' and a textbook example of 'brutalist architecture', all things considered. It is strikingly similar to the Alton West Estates in London, which is widely considered to be a fine general example of the form as seen here -- www.sarahjduncan.com/brutalism.html
