Our glorious yet ominous City Hall, intersection of Broad and Market. It remains one of the largest municipal buildings in America. The building is topped by a 36 ft statue of city founder William Penn, one of 250 sculptures that adorn the building inside and out. The blurriness seems to capture the atmosphere that surrounds this place...the smoke-filled rooms full of fat cats. Thank God we're electing a new mayor this year.
