Just got back from a few days in , which is possibly the most beautiful city in the world, thought I'd share a couple of photos.

Most of the were replaced after the city was attacked and under siege in the war in the early 90s.

wow, what a unique post! this may be the first from croatia. those roofs almost look like their own terrain, like you could hop from one to the next.

i'm not sure it's the first from croatia but it's a nice set of photos that's for sure. What's the kiln type thing all about. I also really like the photo of the brand new roofs as far as the eye can see. A beuatiful vestige of something quite quite ugly.

Jamie - it's a fountain. When the city was under siege it was the only way the city's residents could get water.
