I also have some views of the entranceway as seen from the sidewalk, but as there is some nudity in the promo pictures in the entrance, I shall post them in comments below, in case I am inadvertently pushing the limits too far.

did the gentleman's choice have a barker ?

EvilGentleman: 23rd Apr 2007 - 05:16 GMT

Yes, they did. I asked his permission before taking the shots of the entrance. He said it was ok, so long as he was not in the shots.

jack: 23rd Apr 2007 - 13:56 GMT

i was looking at the shots and my pulse picked up and my heart started pumping faster and i started rocking my desk chair back and forth quicker and quicker, and i realized i could have a heart attack so i clicked this out and i was able to think normal again. whew! see what naked women do to old men. actually nudity does nothing to me, its the suggestive look of the female, the movement of her body, the open top with a glimpse of cleverage, the eyes, the lips, yes it's the lips of the women and her neckline and feet. i'd better stop here. i love waking up in the mornings next to my wife of 38 years.

iman: 23rd Apr 2007 - 19:09 GMT

damn jack, your 65 and you got a wife who's 38? she was born when you were about 27. your old enough to be her dad. if you were good enough to marry a woman whos 27 years younger, man you got some player skills. so if you guys are getting it on, you might want to think twice, you might have a heart attack jack.

EvilGentleman: 23rd Apr 2007 - 22:02 GMT

iman, iman, iman. What are we gonna do with you? When someone mentions their wife of 38 years, they are referring to the length of the marriage, not their wife's age. An honest mistake, I suppose, but ever funny. :-D

iman: oh, my bad. now it makes more sense.

i was there and 2 of my friends got ripped of by the strippers..they said $20 each for a lesbian show and my 2 friends said ok..they were gone for while and was wonderin where they were...they finally came back and said that the got charged $100 dollors each and they were threatened and shit sayin there not leavin till they get there money and a bunch a bullshit...on the other hand i got my first lap dance and it was pretty fresh

EvilGentleman: 11th Sep 2008 - 05:03 GMT

Lemme guess, your friends did not have it explained well enough to them that the $20 each was PER SONG, am I right? And tipping is virtually mandatory on top of that. Strip bars are not the places for cheap nights out. Still, there is definitely a dark side in the world of strip clubs. Anybody else have a bad experience? Or a good one? Tell us how your experience was for you.

EvilGentleman: 2nd Feb 2009 - 05:31 GMT

Well, you may have a point to an extent, but before you get ready to dump the poor bastard, let me put this in a different context.

Was it offensive and incredibly stupid for him to spend your hard-earned money in such a way? Definitely.

But now, let's say that he has issues with being a bit lustier than he should. I hear the going rate for lapdances these days is around $12 for a single girl. So that is $36 bucks on dances. I figure he probably had a few beers and paid a cover charge as well. Although some dancers in some bars (and trust me, I honestly have no clue which ones anymore) will go further than they should if they get offered enough cash, your boyfriend seems to have had only $50 or $60 on him, so there is no way in Hell he would have gotten far with that. If he tried anything, the dancer would scream, security would come, and your boyfriend would have come home with no teeth.

On the other hand, had he been horny and gone to a regular bar, like he was supposed to have done, he had enough cash on hand to get some skank wasted and then bang her in the washroom or some back alley.

So his choices were, get teased by a pro, then go home and do you, or do a skank, and then go home and sleep. He chose the more faithful route.

So, while you definitely have a right to be pissed, keep in mind that it could have been a lot worse, and the only thing that prevented it was that he was either somewhat faithful or else he was too stupid to realize what he could have done instead.

Good luck.

Personally, I would recommend either an open relationship or strict monogamy. Anything else is just too damn stressful.

Peter: 2nd Feb 2009 - 06:32 GMT

heh. eg, you seem to have put some thought into that... thats the most eloquent explanation for frequenting strip-clubs that ive ever heard! ;)

EvilGentleman: 4th Feb 2009 - 04:38 GMT

Heh! Well Peter, I used a very similar explanation with my then-fiancee back in 1991. We were in a long-distance relationship, with her being in the American Midwest, and myself being in Montreal.

I explained to her that I was in a strip bar, and she took offense. At this time, few strip bars allowed any contact of any sort, since it was illegal. This is how I explained it to her:

"Look, if I try to touch any of the girls in a strip bar, these big-ass bouncers will beat the shit out of me, and then boot my mangled ass down the stairs and out on the sidewalk. So here, I can look like crazy, but I can't touch. Or, if you prefer, I can go to a regular bar, where I may wind up getting wasted and picking up some girl and going to bed with her. Your choice."

She told me to keep going to the strip bars.

A month later, I switched to regular bars.

The relationship did not survive.

And EvilGentleman was born, hehe.
