Le Spectrum
[previous] :: [next]Le Spectrum is a concert venue in Montreal located on Sainte-Catherine Street at the corner of Bleury. It seats between 900 and 1200 people, depending on the configuration. The place is set up as a cabaret-style showbar, with tables and a liquor license. The only concert I ever saw here was Jeff Healey back in 1991.

EvilGentleman: 16th Apr 2007 - 03:59 GMTYeah, but you gotta feed and clothe them. I would hardly call that free. EvilGentleman: 8th May 2007 - 15:10 GMTThis article and Pizza Lilass are actually different cropped portions of the same photo. I usually don't do that sort of thing, but they were definitely different subjects to me. Le Spectrum is on the E corner of this intersection. And no, I have no clue what is with the funky circles on the roof to the south, but I am now quite curious. EvilGentleman: 11th Apr 2009 - 23:46 GMTI wish this place was still standing. Got torn down last year to make way for a box store. ndgguy: 28th Mar 2012 - 16:17 GMTWent to a little jazz club in Toronto ( Oxymoron ? ) in the early 90's on Front St. The Resevoir ? something or other. In walks Healey and starts jamming , the place didn't even have a stage , more of just a step. What a night. Comment on this article..[previous] :: [next] |
