More posts from the Bronx please. Posts from there seem to be quite rare.

In the first photo, I like how you can read the sculpture and the sign to be, "Love Dun Rite." Now, that's advertising.

joey: 16th May 2007 - 04:11 GMT

do you think they'll ever paint that elevated train track, or just let it rust away?

erik: 2008 march : 10th Mar 2008 - 00:37 GMT

I lived in the south bronx almost all my life. Now i have relocated to the state of AZ and it is totaly diffrent . I walked along that train track on the 2nd to last pic and i dont think i could ever go back to living on those streets. to me they will never change and they will always be the some.

That used to be my route home from school when I lived there in the early 80's.

People will steal anything that isn't nailed down these days... even the LOVE sculpture in Philly...

Fallen Gong

Strange sort of protest in a really busy shopping area of Seoul. They were handing out literature in a number of languages. I shant say who were being tortured and repressed. This picture could be for all of them.
