Murder at Independence Hall

The city of brotherly love is one of my favorite cities, and one of the few towns the landmarks of which I've seen several times and never grow tired. I went there a few weeks ago, and found it hard to leave. Maybe I'm just a sap for early American history.

Independence Hall, again.

I personally think "christmas" lights should be left up year round. Particularly in the summer, I mean then you can go outside and enjoy them.

thank you ghost for these great pic's. it's somewhat nostalgic for me to look at these pic's because in 1961 i went awol with a buddy who wanted to say goodbye to his girlfriend who lived in philly so he say's to me, hey jack lets sneak out tonight because tomorrow morning we ship out so i say's yes and we hopped a bus to philly and in a little while we are there and as we got out of the train station we ends up in front of independence hall and it had been snowing and we are in our class a's and there are a bunch of girls frollicking around and they see us and start throwing snowballs at me and i charge into a bunch of them and we crash into a pile of snow and one of them hits me with a kiss smack on my lips and i think she kind of tongued me and the girls and i we start kissing and i could'nt keep track of which girl i was kissing. it was hectic as the girls took their liberty with me and i had lipstick all over my face and the girls days later started writing to me and each one took responsibility for the tongue kiss. while overseas, the guys in my squad would wait eagerly for mail call to smell the perfume and read my 'hot' letters. it was a moment in my life i won't forget. my goodness, girls do like a guy in uniform.
