Peterborough City Council Graffiti Removal. If removal means paint over it with green or grey paint i guess. The most genius thing i've seen them do is with some tree along the river near railworld. There were a few small tags on them and they went ahead and fucking painted the trees. Cause that looks better. I imagine it's fairly good for the trees as well.
