it rarely snows in this drippy little city. when it does the flakes drown in the existing pools of rainwater and don't stick. every once in a while in the snow vs. rain game snow wins, so even though i was sick as a dog i ventured out to get some snaps. if my camera were better at night shots you'd be seeing more and better ones...
